Balliol Primary School Kempston

Pupils at Balliol Primary School are friendly and kind. They show their good manners right from the start of the day as they politely help themselves to the bagels leaders serve at the gate.

The musical opportunities my children have experienced at Balliol Primary have been invaluable! Both of my children were members of the choir. Through joining the choir they had the opportunity to perform to the local community and also to sing along with students from other schools at the 'Voice in A Million' Concert at Wembley Arena in both 2022 and 2023. They also won 2 trophies at the Bedfordshire Music Festival for the winning their vocal group performance, but also for the best youth vocal group in the competition. A very proud moment, indeed!
They have both experienced whole class instrumental sessions on Yukelele's, steel pans and keyboards which they thoroughly enjoyed.
My daughter took part in the school musical 'Matilda'. She absolutely loved it! Her experience through music at Balliol Primary has encouraged a passion for The Arts which has continued through to Secondary school.
I am extremely grateful that my children were able to partake in these experiences.

I think the school offer a wide range of clubs and activities. More so than many other local primary schools. Well done and thank you to all the staff who give up their time. It is very much appreciated.
